Is Sushi a HERO or a Villain on your diet ?
Now a day I see many people talking about sushi being healthy.
Super popular nowadays, the Japanese food usually contains raw fish and people uses soy sauces to increase the flavor ( high salty ).
GOOD VS BAD FACTS
Good : Omega 3, Protein, Iodine, minerals and vitamins.
Bad : High carbohydrate and low fiber content, too much salt.
The key is balance, try to avoid the excess of rice and also fried and sugary dressing or using too much soy salt ( you can dilute with lemon and a sip of water )
Start your meal always with sashimi, edamame and after that goes for regular sushi.
At the end asking for a hot green tea to help your digestion is a good technique
to avoid bloating after the meal.
