Supplements are the answer?
Definitely one of me most frequent question I see people doing. If you think about the meaning of the word supplement you will understand that the name speak for itself
" something that completes or enhances something else when added to it. " Yes they are not going to do miracles they only enhance something that you are doing, for example if you are sited at your sofa 24/7 it will enhance what in your body?
Forget about the easy work and start working hard before even start thinking about supplies, but if you have a deficiency or something that you must use it is fine there is no problem of using it, what I want you to understand is you guys need to have a why before start taking everything you see others doing it.
Many companies are trying to foul you with a bunch of fillers and low quality supplements that you don't even need to use. Go and stay with the basics that you will have the results you been looking for.
