That's a really interesting question that many people do every single day. Usually when you think about doing cardio you already match with loosing weight right? Yes that's true, when you burn calories in an aerobic exercises you do loose weight but does it truly burn fat ?

The answer is YES and NO, yes it will burn fat if you are in a calorie deficit and also with the glycogen reserve low, if you are not in a calorie deficit and with a full glycogen reserve you will not burn fat and not either loose weight.

What I want to explain you guys is a bad diet will never win against any type of exercise is the combination of then that will give you results, so focus on a good and easy diet/exercise routine.
