Best workout split for staying in shape year around
Training full body 3 times per week is the best way to achieve your lean body during all year.
A great split means working days could be M W F or T T D or W F S
The important key is to keep 3 workouts a week and if you can give 1 day off between the workout days could be more effective for keeping a healthier balance for your body.
We sometimes forget that our body needs to rest as well, hitting hard for long time will not give you more results as you think, you need to workout smarter and not only harder.
