4 MOVES FOR RIPPED ABS
Here is my favorite list of 4 abdominal exercises for getting your abs of steel.
Doing this routine 2x or 3x per week is more than enough to give your abs the stimulus needed.
1. Plank ( usually 4 sets of 30 seconds is a good stimulus )
2. Medicine Ball ( 4 sets of 20 reps )
3. Crunch ( 4 sets of 25 fast reps )
4. Hanging leg rise ( 5 sets of 10 reps )
